For clients in need of transportation only, True Vine Home Care provides independent transports. If you are receiving services from our caregivers regularly, transportation is provided without an extra charge. To meet the requirements for independent transport; Clients must be able to ambulate or bear weight for a pivot transfer into vehicle from wheel chair. Walkers, rolling walkers, canes and travel (folding) wheelchairs are all transportable. Clients are allowed (one) additional rider to accompany them during transport, aside from the driver.
